At Pentagon, we think differently – which sets us apart from other motor retailers. We know that changing jobs is an emotional decision as well as a practical one.  We wanted to understand why people came to work for Pentagon and so we decided to ask some new recruits at a recent Induction Course their reasons for joining us.

An employee from the Parts Department in Oldham said that a distant relation told him about the vacancy. A Technician from Rochdale said, ‘Pentagon was recommended to me by a friend who works there,’ and another six people on the same course said the same thing.
